With this system there are two ways the reports are displayed. The first is a view of a single report for your client. This is accomplished by you sending the link to your client that is automatically created when you create and save the inspection cover page. You will see a sample when you click on the "Client's View" button:

The inspector's view is designed to display all the inspections you currently have in the system with the most recent at the top. You will be able to open all the reports displayed in this view, but only edit the reports still in draft mode. Please see the instruction page for more information about this.

The inspector's view is kept basic to allow you to access this view with many internet accessible devices. I recommend either a laptop with a T-Mobile AirCard device or the PocketPC Phone.

Because you will not be looking at the production database, you are limited in what you can do.

And finally, compare the report your client will read with the large amount of information you can select to include in the report - as well as the large amount of information that may not apply and NOT included in the finished report:
