Here are some tips and hints that might improve your efficiency
Photography
Because the uploaded images will be automatically sized to a height of 300 pixels, you can save uploading time by changing your camera settings to a lower resolution.
Hold your camera in a horizontal position when taking pictures. This way you will not need to rotate the image before uploading.
Zoom in to frame only the image required when taking a picture. This way it will be large enough to view in the report and will not include unnecessary or possibly confusing information.
